Lively, undeterred and with a profound curiosity, I am eager to learn about people from all walks of life and what motivates them in their search for purpose and deeper understanding. As each and every one of us is a seeker, questing for something in personal, professional, and perhaps even spiritual spheres, we cannot leave it to others to tell us what is meaningful. So we must find a way to kindle a beacon within that is unique to our own needs.
Over the course of my career I developed skills focused on human-safety and people management, while understanding the need to secure stakeholders’ interests. Cutting-edge technologies, ingenious marketing and bespoke customer experience strategies supported my investment in people and mindful leadership. However, I have found that in an increasingly technological world, personal challenges have outpaced opportunities.
Both society and the individual are now faced with multiple crises, upon which we tend to react, rather than respond. This requires a shift of paradigm, where people can give voice to their challenges, and be heard in an environment of kindness and humility by someone who is present for that conversation. This is why I founded Unison.
